What you should know
This qualification helps students plan and prepare early childhood activities, facilitate and mediate learning, observe and assess the progress of children, and reflect on learning in an inclusive, play-based environment to support holistic development of children (from conception to school-going age) in different centre-based or non-centre-based settings.

Workplace-based Modules
In a real-life work environment gaining experience and recording the experience and evidence in a workplace logbook.
Certification
• College statement of results will allow access to the External Integrated Summative Assessment (EISA).
• Once achieving all aspects of course and passing the EISA – QCTO issues relevant qualification.
