Service providers are hereby invited for Emergency and Urgent General Building, Electrical and Plumbing works for a period of 36 months (CIDB Rating 1GB or higher) (CIDB Rating 1EP/EB or higher) (CIDB Rating 1SO or higher)

COMPULSORY BRIEFING SESSION WILL BE HELD:
Monday,05 October 2026 @ 10h00 -11h00 Head Office (85 Bird Street, Stellenbosch)
(Service Providers who arrive after the designated start time of the briefing session will not be permitted to enter.)

The tender documents may be purchased for a non-refundable fee of R500.00 and will be available from Tuesday, 29 September 2026, until Friday, 16 October 2026. Please request banking details from tenders@bolandcollege.com
o The lowest bid will not necessarily be accepted.

o Proposal Documents must be completed in BLACK INK. Incomplete documentation will not be accepted.

This tender will be evaluated in terms of the College Supply Chain Management Policy.

Responsiveness and bid evaluation criteria will be strictly adhered to.

Boland TVET College is not bound to accept the highest point scorer, lowest bid, part, or any bid. Incomplete, late, faxed, or bids via e-mail, telegraph, telephone, and telex will not be accepted.
