Service Providers are hereby invited for the Lawn Maintenance and Ad-hoc Landscaping Services for a period 36 months

COMPULSORY BRIEFING SESSION WILL BE HELD:
Monday,12 October 2026 @ 09h00 -10h00 Head Office (85 Bird Street, Stellenbosch)
(Service Providers who arrive after the designated start time of the briefing session will not be permitted to enter.)

Monday 12 October 2026 @ 11h00 – Stellenbosch Campus, Van Riebeeck Street, Stellenbosch
Tuesday 13 October 2026 @ 09h00 – Worcester Campus, Rainier Street, Worcester
Tuesday 13 October 2026 @12h00 – Paarlberg Campus, Plein Street, Paarl
Tuesday 13 October 2026 @ 13h30 – Paarl Drakenstein Campus – Hospital St, Lemoenkloof, Paarl
Wednesday 14 October 2026 @ 10h00 – Caledon Campus – 37 Koalisie Street, Caledon
Wednesday 14 October 2026 @ 13h00 – Strand Campus – Aerodrome Street, Strand

The tender documents may be purchased for a non-refundable fee of R500.00 and will be available from Tuesday, 29 September 2026, until Friday, 16 October 2026. Please request banking details from tenders@bolandcollege.com
o The lowest bid will not necessarily be accepted.

o Proposal Documents must be completed in BLACK INK. Incomplete documentation will not be accepted.

This tender will be evaluated in terms of the College Supply Chain Management Policy.

Responsiveness and bid evaluation criteria will be strictly adhered to.

Boland TVET College is not bound to accept the highest point scorer, lowest bid, part, or any bid. Incomplete, late, faxed, or bids via e-mail, telegraph, telephone, and telex will not be accepted.
