A compulsory Briefing: Monday, 24 November 2025 at 10h00 at the Head Office (85 Bird Street, Stellenbosch)
(Service Providers who arrive after the designated start time of the briefing session will not be permitted to enter)
COMPULSORY SITE INSPECTION:
Monday, 24 November at 12h00 – Head Office – 85 Bird Street, Stellenbosch, directly after the briefing session
Tuesday, 25 November at 10h00 – Worcester Campus (Rainier Street, Worcester)
Tuesday, 25 November at 13h30- Paarl, Drakenstein Campus (Cnr of Bergrivier and Hospital Street, Paarl)
The tender documents may be purchased for a non-refundable fee of R500.00 and will be available from Tuesday, 18 November 2025, until Thursday, 27 November 2025. Please request banking details from tenders@bolandcollege.com
- The lowest bid will not necessarily be accepted.
- Proposal Documents must be completed in BLACK INK. Incomplete documentation will not be accepted.
- The mandatory requirements can be viewed in the tender documents.
- This tender will be evaluated in terms of the College Supply Chain Management Policy.
- Responsiveness and bid evaluation criteria will be strictly adhered to.
- Boland TVET College is not bound to accept the highest point scorer, lowest bid, part, or any bid.
- Incomplete, late, faxed, or bids via e-mail, telegraph, telephone, and telex will not be accepted.
