Boland College proudly hosted the Inter-campus rounds of the Allan Gray Makers Entrepreneurship Competition on Saturday, June 8, at our Head Office. This exciting event brought together ambitious competitors from Worcester, Paarl, and Stellenbosch campuses, who vied for top honors in two distinct categories: “I Have a Business Idea” and “I Have a General Business.”
The competition was fierce, showcasing the remarkable entrepreneurial spirit and innovative ideas of the students. We are delighted to announce the winners and runners-up in each category, who will now move forward to the regional competition in August.

The success of this event would not have been possible without the generous support of our sponsors. We extend our sincere gratitude to ABSA, Macmillan Education, and Waltons for their contributions, which ensured our winners received outstanding prizes.
Additionally, we would like to thank all the staff members who played a crucial role in making the event a success. Whether serving as adjudicators, supporting our students, or managing the logistics, your dedication and hard work were instrumental. Your commitment to fostering an environment of innovation and excellence at Boland College is truly appreciated.
Congratulations to all participants, and best of luck to our winners and runners-up as they prepare for the regional competition. We are confident they will continue to make us proud.
