ONE COMPULSORY ELECTRONIC INFORMATION SESSION WILL BE HELD on 23 August 2021 at 12:00 am: Link will be provided on purchase of tender document or request link from tenders@bolandcollege.com. The cut-off date and time to request the link will be on Monday, 23^rd of August 2021 at 09:00am.

COMPULSORY SITE VISITS per campus:

Date: 24 August 2021 – Tuesday, TENDER 03/2021 – SITE INSPECTION, Stellenbosch Campus (Time: 09h00)

Date: 24 August 2021 – Tuesday, TENDER 03/2021 – SITE INSPECTION, Strand Campus (Time: 10:30)

Friday 13 August 2021 until Wednesday 25 August from 09:00 to 16:00.

• The lowest bid will not necessarily be accepted.
• Tender Documents must be completed by hand in BLACK INK. Incomplete tender documentation will not be accepted.
• The mandatory requirements can be viewed in the tender documents.

This tender will be evaluated in terms of the 80/20 B-BBEE preference point scoring system.

Responsiveness and bid evaluation criteria will be strictly adhered to.

 Boland TVET College is not bound to accept the highest point scorer, lowest bid, part or any bid.

Incomplete, late, faxed or bids via e-mail, telegraph, telephone and telex will not be accepted.
